It is a different Touch technique than massage. The touch technique uses predominately the thumb
and fingers. The other difference between massage is that reflexology works on maps of the body that are located in the hands, feet and ears. These are called micro systems in Chinese Medicine.
Reflexology is known the world over for its touch technique to the feet dating back as far as ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics writing showing servants touching the feet.
