This is my specialty. The distinct difference between Reflexology which is known all over the world as a touch technique to the feet is that Integrated Reflexology incorporates the three systems of the body Feet, Hands and Ears. In each of these areas there is a map of the entire human body. s
IIt is a simple principle. If feet Reflexology is good a beneficial and we know that it is, then hands combined with feet are even better. Thus if hands and feet Reflexology is better then hands, feet and ears are even better yet. It makes the results faster and longer lasting. True Reflexology is a thumb and finger technique refluxing over the skin verging the nerve endings. It is not the same as foot massage.
Depending on the nature of the physical challenge I could prioritize which area to start refluxing on first, second and third. The client will often notice immediate results during and after the session. The length of time the benefits last is directly related to the level of stress that is resumed after the session. It is highly recommended that for the balance of the day the clients rests and hydrates the body with plenty of good clean water. Some times clients will choose to receive hands and feet Reflexology which they find to be very beneficial. During your session you will slip into a state of deep and profound relation as you body’s stress just mile away. Much client report that they fall into a deep sleep.
